My dad just called to tell me that he got an adorable little 3 year old who was out trick-or-treating for the first time. The little guy was dressed as an alligator and was out with his whole family; parents, siblings, cousins. The little boy came up first and my dad knelt down and held out the candy dish, but the little boy just stared at it.
“I don’t think he’s quite figured it out yet,” the mom said. “He hasn’t grabbed anything yet tonight.”
But then, all of a sudden, the little boy dashed his hand out and snagged a piece of candy. The whole family then started cheering and bouncing around saying “His first trick-or-treat! His first trick-or-treat!”
–Too Cute Puppies/Kittens from Animal Planet is great. Follows a couple litters for an entire episode, and it’s mostly them being cute with a narrator.
–My Cat From Hell: Don’t let the title or sometimes dramatization of the stakes fool you, this is a show all about a kind man helping humans to understand their cats and make the cats more comfortable to help alleviate their behavioral issues. Online are the bits “My Cat from Heaven” and “How Do You Like Meow” which show cool cats and cats months after their treatment, respectively.
Also consider: Lords and Ladles which is an Irish show where three chefs who all like each other travel to castles and recreate historical dinners and
Big Dreams, Small Spaces, where amateur gardeners get professional help in their horticulture adventures
