To be real it’s mostly because straight men hate making eye contact with other men. I don’t know if they think the gay will infect them through their eyeballs or what but if you’re a dude and a guy keeps looking straight at you when you’re looking at him he’s either checking you out or he just left a management training seminar where he learned eye contact is important to show your employees you care.
