At this point I don’t click on clickbait articles to find out the disappointing answer to the headline but to find out just what the website is going to make me slog through to find out. The sheer nerve they sometimes have is so much more amazing than the actual topic.

You won’t believe what this cat did!” (click) “We all know what cats are, right? They’re not kangaroos and they’re also not bees.” (click) “Here’s what cats look like when they’re not doing the thing at all!” (click) “But you won’t believe what this cat did! Here’s the lady who has the cat!” (click) “It was just an ordinary day when she was born to a poor family in London, never knowing she was going to one day have a cat who did this unbelievable thing.” (click) “Fast forward a few years to the day she got married.” (click) “This is her husband, who had a different cat which didn’t do the thing.” (click) “His grandpa lost both of his legs in the sandwich war of 1812, and passed away before he would ever know his two beautiful grandchildren and what their cat did…..
