Please help a trans Jewish woman out!

Hi my name Is Milly and I need some help. (She/her strictly please) My great grandmother passed away yesterday morning and I’d like be there for her burial. The problem is, I live in the states and she is… was, in Israel. I loved her so much. She taught me so much. Was the only person I would call when I needed someone. She was really the only one who accepted me when I came out as Trans. She told me “I always knew there lived a girl in your soul”… I need to be there. I need to say goodbye. I don’t have anything to offer you except advice? I’m a trained counselor so I could offer you an ear and advice. That’s all I have.
