In some languages, there are not really gender-neutral pronouns. 

In some languages, gender-neutral pronouns sound weird or even offensive. 

Does that mean you fake your identity? Does it mean you just go with some silly online trend because you read about the english they/them on tumblr?

Of course not. 

Your identity is not less real based on your native language. 

You’re allowed to use gendered pronouns. You’re allowed to use “newly made-up” pronouns. You’re allowed to go by “it” in your native language. You’re allowed to do anything you feel comfortable with.
