I keep thinking about that survey I took a few weeks ago that was all about rabbit cuteness. It showed you a bunch of pictures of rabbits and asked you to rate them individually for their aesthetic appeal, and then gave you a selection of options for the reasons you gave it a high or low score.

One of the options was “it reminds me of a rabbit I know/knew”. Makes sense – maybe you would give a particular rabbit a 10/10 score because it has the same coloration as your beloved pet. But that was still an offered reason for a low score. “1/10. I hate this rabbit. Why? It reminds me of a rabbit I knew… a rabbit that scarred me and brought woe into my life…”
